108 D- Dobson's Field - Great family vacation home. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 kitchens and 2 separate living areas. Very private setting on a 5 acre waterfront lot next to a wildlife area. No other house in sight. Features include: Hot Tub, Pool Table and oversized stainless steel grill. This 2800 SqFt home was built in 2000 and sleeps 14 in 3 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Full and 2 sleeper sofas. Very comfortable furniture and three TVs, Satellite TV. Clemson University 9 mi. Less than 10 minutes to Friendship Recreation Area (Beach, Playground, Ramp w/Courtesy Dock, Picnic Tables).  Pet Friendly (Call First, additional fees apply) (See our Pet Policy)
The water depth at the covered dock is 5-1/4 feet at the lake full pool level of 660'.
At a lake level of 658' and lower the dock is unsuitable for most boats.
At a lake level of 655' and lower the entire cove is effectively dry.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless otherwise specified all the homes we represent have the following features: Lake Front, Private Dock, Washer/Dryer, Central Heat & Air Conditioning, TV, Grill, Microwave. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the houses and pets are not permitted on the premises except in certain houses and then only if specifically approved by Mountain Lakes. All homes are privately owned and used frequently by the owner, they are fully furnished and well equipped. Homes are rented primarily for summer family vacations but are available at any time of the year.
ABOUT PRICES: Unlike many, the prices we quote include all fees and taxes. There are no other charges except Pet Fees if you bring a pet. A tip of $3 per bag is required if you leave trash for the maid to take.
