117 B - Bucks Place on Lake Hartwell is an single level 950 Sq Ft lake cabin get-a-way with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. This adorable cabin was built in 1995 and completely remodeled in 2006. It features a large gently sloping lot for easy access to the dock and plenty of room for yard games, large screened in porch with ceiling fan, living room with large windows and a sliding glass door for lake view, 3 TVs with cable including 2 with DVD players, and a full back deck with a large charcoal grill. "Cove Inlet" boat ramp around the corner, were in a quiet cove and neighborhood, good water great for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. Canoe available for your use. Located 2 miles east of exit 4 off of I-85 near marker T-20. This cabin is convenient to Clemson University's Death Valley (CU 21 mi), Portman Shoals Marina, and Anderson South Carolina. Less than 11 minutes to Fair Play Recreation Area (Beach, Playground, Picnic Area) or about 16 minutes to Broyles Recreation Area (Beach, Playground, Picnic Area). Smoking is not permitted inside any of the houses and pets are not permitted on the premises except in certain houses and then only if specifically approved by Mountain Lakes. All homes are privately owned and used frequently by the owner, they are fully furnished and well equipped. Homes are rented primarily for summer family vacations but are available at any time of the year.
ABOUT PRICES: Unlike many, the prices we quote include all fees and taxes. There are no other charges except Pet Fees if you bring a pet. A tip of $3 per bag is required if you leave trash for the maid to take.
