Moonlight on the Lake -
This 2800 Square Foot
4+ bedroom, 3 bath lake home was built in 2003 and sleeps 8-10+. The Main Floor
has two bedrooms: One with a King, The other with a set of bunk beds (S/S). The
master suite upstairs has a King Bed. On the lower level is a bedroom with one
Double Bed. Also on the lower floor is a Bonus room with a Full/Full Bunk and a
living area with a couch, eazy chair, TV and Dining/Game table. It
is located on a large, very private lot and features a wood burning fireplace a
screened porch, and lots
of glass facing the lake. The dock is a double slip
covered dock. The owners boat normally stays in one of the
slips, the other slip is for your use. The path to the dock is gently sloping and paved.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, also
there is a charcoal grill. Satellite TV and a VCR.
Lake Hartwell State park is
less than a mile, the Chickasaw Point golf course is about 7 minutes and the
T-60 Grill is also about 7 minutes.
