When the 4 bedroom home is not occupied this two bedroom suite may be rented by itself. This "In-Law" suite can sleep 5 in 1 Queen and 1 Double and a single fold-out.
    A large back porch joins the unit to a level back yard and a nearly level walkway to the lake. A 30x25 covered dock has a swim platform and swim ladder. Bruce Creek ramp and picnic area is very convenient being only a few hundred yards from the dock and within sight. Other features include: CATV, VCR, and a Gas Grill. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Microwave and Ice Maker. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the houses and pets are not permitted on the premises except in certain houses and then only if specifically approved by Mountain Lakes. All homes are privately owned and used frequently by the owner and are fully furnished and well equipped. Homes are rented primarily for summer family vacations but are available all year.
