Sleeps 11 in: 1 King, 2 Singles (Trundle), 1 Queen, and 1 Double, a pull out Queen and a pull-out single. The adjacent "In-Law" suite may be blocked off upon request for more privacy or rented separately as 137C2. A large back porch joins the two units to a level back yard and a nearly level walkway to the lake and a 30x25 shaded dock with swim platform and ladder. (Owners boat stays in the slip but there is plenty of room to tie up on the outside). Located in the Bruce Creek area, the launch ramp is very convenient being only a few hundred yards from the dock and within sight. This home is convenient to Travelers Rest State Historic Site, Toccoa, Toccoa Falls, and the Northeast Georgia Mountains. PRICES: Accommodations Taxes of 7% -11% and a Non-Refundable Reservation fee of $55 - $175 will be added to all prices. Prices are generally shown for full weeks only but weekends may be available for any house, call or e-mail for price.

All homes are privately owned and used frequently by the owner and are fully furnished and well equipped. Homes are rented primarily for summer family vacations but are available all year.
