Whippoorwill Cabin - Families, friends and couples will
all enjoy the amenities of this single level 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath, 1500 Sq. Ft.
lake cabin originally built in 1985, enlarged and remodeled in 2006. The
charming, rustic cabin sleeps 10 (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 sets of bunk beds and a
Queen fold-out couch). Enjoy the wood-burning fireplace; watch wild turkey and
deer stroll the property from the generous screen porch, complete with dining
area for eight; two additional decks; fully equipped kitchen with
industrial-size icemaker, microwave and new dishwasher and refrigerator;
hammock; kid’s toys and games; and outdoor grill. A gentle slope takes you down
to the dock with swim ladder and shallow kids’ play area
(owner’s boat stays in slip but there is room to tie up on the outside of the dock).
Use of the kayak ensures excellent exploring and fishing in this very quiet
cove. TV/DVD/VCR/SATELLITE. 15-minute drive to downtown Hartwell. In the Reed
Creek area, about 6 minutes to Carters Ferry Boat Ramp. No smoking please.

from simple fishing cabins to large luxury homes. PRICES: Accommodations Taxes of 7% -11% and a Non-Refundable Reservation fee of $55 - $175 will be added to all prices. Prices are generally shown for full weeks only but weekends may be available for any house, call or e-mail for price. |
