198M - Rock Spring Mountain #198 - This 3 bedroom, 3 bath 1800 Sq. Ft. two-story cabin was built in 1982 and features a screened porch plus a separate deck overlooking the lake. Both upper and lower living room areas have cable TV, VCR and DVD, with plenty of seating for movie watching. DSL Wireless Internet is available during the summer months. A gentle, paved path leads to a shaded dock with sun deck and swim ladder, light and electricity. (Dock is covered but owners boat stays in covered slip). The cabin comfortably sleeps 9 in 1 King, 2 Queens and a double futon bunk. Upstairs fireplace is visible from living room, dining area and kitchen. Walking distance from Frohmuller's Grill, which also offers convenience shopping and bait. Located only mile from the Rock Springs Boat Landing, this quiet getaway is convenient to I-85 and both Lavonia, Ga. and Hartwell, Ga. Clem's Shoal Creek Bluegrass Music park is only a short distance. A phone is normally turned off but can be made available by request.  PETS NOT ALLOWED

PLEASE NOTE: Unless otherwise specified all the homes we represent have the following features: Lake Front, Private Dock, Washer/Dryer, Central Heat & Air Conditioning, TV, Grill, Microwave. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the houses and pets are not permitted on the premises except in certain houses and then only if specifically approved by Mountain Lakes. All homes are privately owned and used frequently by the owner, they are fully furnished and well equipped. Homes are rented primarily for summer family vacations but are available at any time of the year.
ABOUT PRICES: Unlike many, the prices we quote include all fees and taxes. There are no other charges except Pet Fees if you bring a pet. A tip of $3 per bag is required if you leave trash for the maid to take.
