1 PJS - This  3 bedroom, 2 bath home features a nice screened porch, a large back deck, large back yard, wood burning fireplace, Cable TV, washer/dryer, central HVAC, and more. The interior is reminiscent of a modern hunting lodge. Two bedrooms and one bath are on the main floor while the upstairs loft is  the large master suite with private bath. The dock is shaded and has a swim ladder (The owners boat stays in the slip but you have plenty of room on the outside to tie up). 1-1/2 miles to Tugaloo State Park (Beach, Playground, Trail, Tennis, Mini-Golf).  Pets are not allowed.




Tugaloo State Park
Tugaloo State Park offers scenic picnic areas, nature trails, tennis, volleyball, a well equipped playground, public swim beach with bath house and concession stand, miniature golf, canoe rentals, plus frequent nature and mountain music programs. Several miles of road inside the park are great for bicycling. Gum Log Bar-B-Q is nearby. Clem's Shoal Creek Music Park is only a short drive.

Smoking is not permitted inside any of the houses and pets are not permitted on the premises except in certain houses and then only if specifically approved by Mountain Lakes. All homes are privately owned and used frequently by the owner, they are fully furnished and well equipped. Homes are rented primarily for summer family vacations but are available at any time of the year.
ABOUT PRICES: Unlike many, the prices we quote include all fees and taxes. There are no other charges except Pet Fees if you bring a pet. A tip of $3 per bag is required if you leave trash for the maid to take.
