2034R -  The Tiger's Cabin - Brand new(2008) log cabin very close to Clemson University, Clemson Marina, and the towns of Seneca and Clemson. It,s  even less than 15 minutes to Lake Keowee Marina. This 1300 square foot cabin accommodates 10 in normal beds and can sleep as many as 12 in: a Queen Bed, 2 Full beds, 2 sets of Bunk beds, and a Full Futon in the loft. Other features include: a wood burning fireplace, Satellite TV, and an extra large covered back porch. No Dock at this house but lake access is less than 10 minutes away at Friendship Recreation Area (Beach, Playground, Ramp w/Courtesy Dock, Picnic Tables) or less than 15 minutes to Lake Keowee. Pets Not Allowed

Hartwell forms the northern portion of the border between GA & SC and is one of the largest lakes in the US. Six towns border Lake Hartwell: Toccoa, Lavonia, & Hartwell in GA and Anderson, Seneca, &  Westminster in SC. At full pool, Lake Hartwell has over 956 miles of shoreline and 56,000 acres of water providing a myriad of recreational opportunities for your get-a-way.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless otherwise specified all the homes we represent have the following features: Lake Front, Private Dock, Washer/Dryer, Central Heat & Air Conditioning, TV, Grill, Microwave. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the houses and pets are not permitted on the premises except in certain houses and then only if specifically approved by Mountain Lakes. All homes are privately owned and used frequently by the owner, they are fully furnished and well equipped. Homes are rented primarily for summer family vacations but are available at any time of the year.
