(2007) 3 bedroom 3 bath "Rustic Cottage" at the waters
edge with great views of beautiful Lake Keowee. The main floor
consists of a living room (with vaulted ceilings, comfortable
furniture, and a flat panel HDTV), dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms
(One with a Queen bed, the other two twins) and a
large open deck overlooking the lake. The Loft Master bedroom has a King bed and private
bath. On the lower level
is a TV room with two large couches, a wet bar with a full size refrigerator,
another dining table, two sets of bunk beds, and a large screened porch. Outside
is a two car garage. For dinner grill out on the
gas grill, cook in the well equipped kitchen,
or try one of the fine restaurants in Seneca (7 miles) or Walhalla (9 miles).
Clemson football stadium is approximately 14 miles.

Microwave, Phone. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the houses and pets are
not permitted on the premises except in certain houses and then only if
specifically approved by Mountain Lakes. All homes are privately owned
and used frequently by the owner, they are fully furnished and well
equipped. Homes are rented primarily for summer family vacations but are
available at any time of the year. PRICES: Sales & Accommodations Taxes of 7% -11% and a Non-Refundable Reservation/Cleaning fee of $55 - $175 will be added to the prices shown. Prices are generally shown for full weeks only but weekends may be available for any house, call or e-mail for price. |
