232 N - This older 2+ bedroom, 1-1/2 bath single level lake cabin is located on a point lot in Port Bass, Fair Play, South Carolina. It features a large shady point lot with an open lake view, Screened Porch, Cocktail Porch, Pool Table, Satellite TV, Phone, Gas Log Fireplace, charcoal grill, Wireless Internet, and more. All bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room are all on one level. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen appliances are modern. Swim or fish off of either (or both) of two shaded docks. The larger dock has the owners boat in the covered slip while the other dock has a 9-1/2' x 24' covered slip available for your boat and a jet-ski lift. The master bedroom has a King Bed, the second bedroom has a Queen. Two singles are located in the sun room and the living room couch pulls out to make a queen bed. The Port Bass Ramp is nearby (about 1 mile). Harbor Light Marina is about 8 miles. Tugaloo State Park (GA) (Fishing Tournament style boat ramp) is about 14 miles.  Less than 15 minutes to Lake Hartwell State Park (Picnic Area, Playground, Trail).

PLEASE NOTE: Unless otherwise specified all the homes we represent have the following features: Lake Front, Private Dock, Washer/Dryer, Central Heat & Air Conditioning, TV, Grill, Microwave. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the houses and pets are not permitted on the premises except in certain houses and then only if specifically approved by Mountain Lakes. All homes are privately owned and used frequently by the owner, they are fully furnished and well equipped. Homes are rented primarily for summer family vacations but are available at any time of the year.
ABOUT PRICES: Unlike many, the prices we quote include all fees and taxes. There are no other charges except Pet Fees if you bring a pet. A tip of $3 per bag is required if you leave trash for the maid to take.
