Vacationing in this cozy, immaculate lake home with unobstructed lake views from every room, the multi-level deck, and the ground floor patio gives you lake living at its best. The Living / Dining / Kitchen areas and one Queen bedroom are on the main floor. The master Queen bedroom is on the upper level and has its own deck. The Bunk Bedroom is on the lower floor along with a Den area complete with a second refrigerator, microwave, and sink. There is a bathroom on each floor. A outdoor chiminea and an electric fireplace can warm up the occasional chilly night. A Canoe is provided. Beautiful front yard landscaping with a gently sloping path to the lake and a shaded dock with a wide swim platform. (Owners boat stays in the slip but you have plenty of room to tie up on the outside.) Clemson football stadium is approximately 11 miles. About 10 minutes to Friendship Recreation Area (Beach, Playground, Ramp w/Courtesy Dock, Picnic Tables). Pets Not Allowed

PLEASE NOTE: Unless otherwise specified all the homes we represent have the following features: Lake Front, Private Dock, Washer/Dryer, Central Heat & Air Conditioning, TV, Grill, Microwave. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the houses and pets are not permitted on the premises except in certain houses and then only if specifically approved by Mountain Lakes. All homes are privately owned and used frequently by the owner, they are fully furnished and well equipped. Homes are rented primarily for summer family vacations but are available at any time of the year.
ABOUT PRICES: Unlike many, the prices we quote include all fees and taxes. There are no other charges except Pet Fees if you bring a pet. A tip of $3 per bag is required if you leave trash for the maid to take.
