435K - Foxwood Point Retreat - This lake home is a great place for a family vacation. It is 5 bedrooms (plus two additional sleeping areas), 3 baths, 3400sqft, and will sleep up to 18 people. For the adults there is a screen porch, 2 fireplaces, lots of deck space, a good view, and an assortment of exercise equipment. For the kids there is a large sandy beach swim area. Relax, cookout on the gas grill or select one of the books from the den/library. Also included are: TV, VCR, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator icemaker, central heat and air, and all the other modern conveniences. Your rental includes a pass to the Foxwood Hills community indoor and outdoor pools, plus tennis courts and large playground area. The Foxwood Hills golf course is less than 5 minutes and the Chickasaw Point golf course is less than 10 minutes. Within walking distance to 431K and 437 K this home would make a great place for a family reunion or a retreat. Foxwood Hills - Guests renting one of the Lake Hartwell vacation rental homes in Foxwood Hills are entitled to use the community amenities which include: Swim Pool (Indoor or Olympic Outdoor depending on the season), Tennis Courts, Basketball Court, Game Room, Exercise Room, and Private Lounge. Foxwood Hills also includes a public restaurant and a 9 hole public Golf Course. An additional public18 hole Golf Course (Chickasaw Point) is only minutes away.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless otherwise specified all the homes we represent have the following features: Lake Front, Private Dock, Washer/Dryer, Central Heat & Air Conditioning, TV, Grill, Microwave. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the houses and pets are not permitted on the premises except in certain houses and then only if specifically approved by Mountain Lakes. All homes are privately owned and used frequently by the owner, they are fully furnished and well equipped. Homes are rented primarily for summer family vacations but are available at any time of the year.
ABOUT PRICES: Unlike many, the prices we quote include all fees and taxes. There are no other charges except Pet Fees if you bring a pet. A tip of $3 per bag is required if you leave trash for the maid to take.
