This older basic 4 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps 8-10 in 3 Queens, a full plus 3
sofas and a loveseat. The home is on a heavily wooded lot and features 2 large
decks. It is located on a very quiet arm of Lake Hartwell called Eighteen Mile
Creek directly across from Fant's Grove Wildlife Management Area
(Mountain Biking, Hiking, Hunting). This cove gets
very little boat traffic and is a great place to canoe and watch the wildlife (A
canoe is furnished). Also included are a gas grill, horseshoe pit, fire pit,
surround sound TV/Stereo, and gravity boots. Clemson University Research Park is 2 miles. T Ed
Garrison Arena is 5 miles. Clemson Memorial Stadium is 12 miles and Portman
