940 A - Reed Creek Sandals - 4 bedroom 3 bath 2600 sqft house built in
1996 sleeps 13 in: 2 King Beds, a Queen, a Bunk Bed with a single and a Full,
and 2 Full Sleeper Sofas. The main floor has a great room with a comfortable
living area, masonry fireplace, large kitchen, and dining area. The lower level
is complete in itself with a wet bar, refrigerator, microwave, and living /
dining area with fireplace. Electronics include Cable TV with TVs on both
levels, a DVD player, and DSL Internet connection.
This year (2008) a Ping-Pong Table, Pool
Table, and 4 person Paddle Boat have been added. The kitchen is fully equipped
including: microwave, dishwasher, and icemaker. A charcoal grill is provided.
Relax on the swing or swim off the shaded dock (Owners boat
stays in the slip but there is plenty of room for your boat on the outside).
In the Reed Creek area and convenient to Crawford's Ferry Ramp. Less
than 20 minutes to downtown Hartwell, GA or Hartwell Marina. Pet
Friendly - Please Call First, additional fees apply for all pets. - A 1/4 acre
fenced area is provided for your pet. Pets NOT to be allowed inside.
