2 Bedroom - $1000/ Month 3 Bedroom - $1250/Month 4 Bedroom - $1500/Month	All rates are Plus Tax - 7% - 11% depending on the county. A One-Time Reservation fee will be added. All rates include all utilities except Long Distance phone charges. Garbage service is not included or available. Hot Tubs are not available. Pets (where allowed) are $150 extra each month
A $250 security deposit is required. All payments must be cash, check, or money order. No Credit Cards We do not guarantee boat docks to be usable during this period

The Mall of Georgia is about one hour as is the Haywood Mall in Greenville, SC.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless otherwise specified all the homes we represent have the following features: Lake Front, Private Dock, Washer/Dryer, Central Heat & Air Conditioning, TV, Grill, Microwave. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the houses and pets are not permitted on the premises except in certain houses and then only if specifically approved by Mountain Lakes. All homes are privately owned and used frequently by the owner, they are fully furnished and well equipped. Homes are rented primarily for summer family vacations but are available at any time of the year. Ask about our FREE pontoon boat special. ABOUT PRICES: Unlike many, the prices we quote include all fees and taxes. There are no other charges except Pet Fees if you bring a pet. A tip of $3 per bag is required if you leave trash for the maid to take. W/E*** Prices quoted for a 3 night Weekend apply only when weekends are available (Generally no more than a month in advance)

Mountain Lakes Vacation Rentals is a fully licensed family company representing privately owned vacation homes. We have a complete range of accommodations from fishing cabins to deluxe homes on both the Georgia and South Carolina sides of Lake Hartwell, on Lake Keowee, and in the surrounding areas. All are used routinely by their owners and are complete with necessities such as linens and cooking utensils. The final cleaning is provided.
