LOW WATER SPECIAL DISCOUNT - The following houses currently (4/19/2008) have insufficient water at the dock to dock a boat (Some may have no water at all). Distances to parks and recreation areas are given for each house. We will be accepting 3 night or longer reservations on these houses for the remainder of 2008. ALSO these houses will be discounted $200 for a full week reservation or $100 for a 3 night or longer reservation. (You must ask for the discount when you make the reservation.) This list is subject to change. Discount IS NOT retroactive.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless otherwise specified all the homes we represent have the following features: Lake Front, Private Dock, Washer/Dryer, Central Heat & Air Conditioning, TV, Grill, Microwave, Phone. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the houses and pets are not permitted on the premises except in certain houses and then only if specifically approved by Mountain Lakes. All homes are privately owned and used frequently by the owner, they are fully furnished and well equipped. Homes are rented primarily for summer family vacations but are available at any time of the year. PRICES: Sales & Accommodations Taxes of 7% -11% and a Non-Refundable Reservation/Cleaning fee of $55 - $175 will be added to the prices shown. Prices are generally shown for full weeks only but weekends may be available for any house, call or e-mail for price.
